Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for orders to be prepared and shipped. During launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Breathe and Bloom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact your shipping carrier first.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Local Delivery/Pickup
If local delivery or pickup becomes available, details will be provided at checkout or announced on social media.

At Breathe and Bloom 🌸✨, every box is carefully curated and packed with love. Due to the nature of self-care and personal care products, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personalized items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Mystery & Themed Boxes
Because Mystery Bloom and themed boxes are curated experiences, individual items cannot be exchanged or substituted unless an item arrives damaged.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not already been packed or shipped.
